Do I have to have an appointment to get my hair cut at Floyd's?
Nope. Right right in when the time is right for you. Check-in at the Front Desk and our receptionist will put your name on the wait list. If there is a wait, you can take advantage of our internet stations to surf the web or catch up on your email or catch your favorite music video or sports event on our plasma tv's. We'll get you in the chair just as soon as your name comes to the top of the list.

Can I make an appointment?
You can make an appointment for specialty barbering services (head & face shaves) and color services. Our other services are all accommodated on a walk-in basis.

Do I have to have an appointment for a face shave or color?
We want to make sure we have just the right staff to take care of your barbering or color service, so making an appointment is preferred. But...if you didn't get a chance to make one, we'll make our very best efforts to take care of you when you walk in or make an appointment that will work for you.

How does the call-ahead thing work?
Here’s how: Call us about 30 minutes before you head out • We’ll add your name to the list and give you an estimated time frame for the wait (if there is one) • Check in at the front desk when you arrive • You’re in the chair as soon as your name hits the top of the list.

Can I request a stylist or barber I like?
We have a great staff in our shops and we hope you'll find someone you want to come in an see every time. Check out your favorite stylist or barber's schedule online then ask to be put on the list for that person either when you arrive or call in.

What if I need a little more off the top (or bottom or otherwise)?
We guarantee all our services at Floyd's. If we need to make an adjustment, just come back in and let us know within 7 days and we'll take care of you right away.
