Franchisee Qualifications

We are seeking franchisees who embody the Floyd’s 99 brand and have the capacity to develop at least three to five locations. Because the culture we have created is the reason our shops thrive, we are looking for just the right individuals to work with as our franchisees. We are awarding franchises to people who are joining the Floyd’s 99 organization and family to be successful and to have fun doing it.

We’re looking for franchisees who:

• Have a net worth of at least $1 million (or greater based on the number of shops to be developed) with liquidity (non-borrowed cash availability) of $500,000.
• Reside in the market to be developed.
• Desire to open at least three to five locations.
• Have prior business experience with demonstrated success profile.
• Multi-unit retail or restaurant experience preferred.
• Are honest, ethical and reliable.
• Are respectful, fair, even-handed.
• Are positive, energetic and enthusiastic.
• Are “other” oriented, open communicators who demonstrate a commitment to staff and customer service.
