We typically would like you to have at least one year of experienced after you have been licensed.
What type of experience do I need to be considered for a receptionist position at Floyd's?
Well first, a great personality is a must! We prefer no less than six months of previous customer service and cash handling experience. You’ll be busy at a Floyd's front desk so multi-tasking skills are a must. And don’t forget, our front desk staff are our dj’s too, so some knowledge and an appreciation for music help too.
Does Floyd's have a dress code?
Nope. Individuality is important to us. We just ask you to use a little common sense as you are working with the public.
What is the best way for me to apply for a job at Floyd’s?
Easy, complete our online application and we’ll send it to hiring managers or franchise owners in your area. If you’d like, you can also stop in any Floyd's and fill out an application.
How do I send a resume along with my application?
Simply attach it to the email or drop it off with your application.
How do I know Floyd's received my resume?
When you complete your online application, we send you an an email response letting you know it was received. If you mail/fax a resume, we send it to hiring managers or franchise owners in your area and they will contact you directly.
After I receive the message Floyd's received my application, how long before I hear if I am going to be interviewed?
We make our best attempt to contact every applicant. If you haven’t received a follow-up email or telephone call within two weeks of submitting your application, please feel free to email us your inquiry or call the shop at which you applied.
How long will you keep my application on file?
We typically keep applications on file for one year after receiving them.
Will I have to demonstrate a cut?
Providing quality services is a priority at Floyd's. Once you have been qualified through in-person interview, we will ask you to perform a technical cut.
Does Floyd's offer apprenticeships?
We currently do not have an apprentice program.
