SHAMPOOING TOO FREQUENTLY... OR NOT ENOUGH?
Let's talk shampoo. How often are you shampooing? Do you think it's too often, or are you not washing enough? And more importantly... are you also using conditioner?
If you are active or working out frequently, make sure that you are shampooing (and conditioning) quite often. Always "listen" in to your hair, and your scalp! If you are feeling like you need a fresh shampoo, then it's likely that it's time. Also, always shampoo before it smells... please!
