If this is your first visit to Floyd's 99 Barbershop, thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. If you are a loyal client of ours, thank you for trusting us. You are part of our family, and we'll always provide you with a clean, safe environment that you can count on. 

We're encouraging clients to book online at this time, if possible. Call aheads and same-day reservations are also welcome. Face masks remain required in the shop for all staff and clients at this time, in order to keep everyone safe.

We are also now offering beard services at select locations, with select hair stylists and/or barbers. Please call your local barbershop if you have any questions. Due to local guidelines and continued safety concerns with COVID-19, some locations will continue to have suspended beard or facial services temporarily. For specific updates on waxing and beard or facial services, please see below.

Please note that all clients are required to wear face masks to receive a service. If you do not wear a face mask, you will be refused service. We recommend bringing your own face mask to your reservation, as we will only have a limited capacity of disposable face masks that we can provide to clients. Thank you in advance for wearing a mask.

We are also taking temperatures of all clients prior to their service. We recommend checking your temperature prior to leaving for the shop to minimize the risk of being turned away for a service. We will not be able to provide a service to anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher, you will be asked to reschedule.

 

BEARD/FACIAL SERVICES:

We are now offering beard services at select Floyd's 99 Barbershop locations, only with specific stylists and/or barbers. If you have any questions, please give your shop a call! In other locations, beard services may remain suspended due local guidelines, in addition to the requirement of wearing a face mask when in shop, and to protect our staff members from potential exposure. We are continuing to monitor information from national and local levels, as well as the CDC.

TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY, WE ALWAYS:

- Sanitize hands before each service.

- Disinfect barber chairs after each service.

- Disinfect all tools prior to each use.

- Provide fresh capes and towels with each service.

- Clean surfaces and high-traffic areas throughout the shop every hour, on the hour.

WAXING SERVICES

  • The wax pot will remain covered at all times unless a service is being performed.
  • Single application stick per area. A used stick will be disposed of immediately after single application. Only one end of the application stick will be used.
  • Tissues/wipes used for pretreatment to the skin prior to applying wax will be disposed of immediately.
  • Wax pot and lid, skin treatment bottles, and surrounding wax pot area will be wiped down and disinfected after completing each service

Please remain six feet apart if possible in the shop.

Please CHECK-IN at the  front desk and then wait outside or in your car until your reservation time. Our front desk staff will call you when your stylist or barber is ready.

Please do not bring any additional people with you to your reservation. They will be asked to wait outside if they are not receiving a service from us.

We will be taking employee temperatures daily. If you're feeling sick, you don't have to go home... but you can't stay here. (No but seriously, please go home)!
