Why Floyd's 99 Barbershop?

Floyd’s 99 Barbershop was established in 1999, by brothers Paul, Bill, and Rob O’Brien. Founded on the principle of great service, they created a one-of-a-kind barbershop based on a Client-first approach.

Passionate about providing an unmatched experience for both their employees and Clients, the O’Brien’s have dedicated themselves to a culture that promotes and builds quality relationships. Our core values of integrity, community, and “wow-worthy” service form the foundation of every Floyd’s 99. Through these values, we have built a successful business with a unique atmosphere that makes each experience as authentic as the people inside our shops. Even though all our shops share the same badge, no two shops are alike. Every location is as unique as the staff and Clients inside and every person who walks in feels valued, cared for and comfortable to express their individual style.

Understanding that a happy staff results in happy Clients, we put an emphasis on finding the right people and cultivating a strong team. We employ talented stylists and barbers and offer a full range of high quality services for men and women. For over 16 years, we have brought a unique approach to hair care, styling and grooming by continuing to challenge ourselves and our staff to provide new styles and on-trend cuts with an old-school approach to Client service.

Floyd’s 99 has 100+ established locations and continues to grow. We attribute our success to the support of our Clients, staff, and strong franchise partners. We look for like-minded franchise partners who share our same values, have integrity, and do the right thing, even when no one is looking.  We give back to the communities we serve, and strive toward excellence—always aiming to grow, improve, and make a positive difference, as individuals and as a company. Come join the Floyd’s 99 family and be a part of The Original Rock ‘n’ Roll Barbershop for Men and Women.
