1.         SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:  Begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2017, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 18, 2017 (“Entry Period”).

2.         WHO MAY ENTER:  Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older.  Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Floyd’s 99 Holdings, LLC doing business as Floyd’s 99 Barbershops (“Sponsor” or “us” or “we” or “our”), WooBox (“Administrator”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating, entrants (that’s “you”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstake.  Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3.         HOW TO ENTER:  Go to Floyd’s 99 Barbershop’s Facebook page right now and click on the Sweepstakes tab and follow the directions on how you can win free haircuts for one year.  Prize winners are selected randomly and not on how many times they tag their friend and family.

Enter the sweepstakes between 12:01 a.m. ET on August 1, 2017, and 11:59 p.m. ET August 18, 2017.   If you don’t have a Facebook page (What? Really?), there is no fee to create one.  You can also register to participate in this sweepstake by sending a 3” x 5” card with your name and telephone number (or mailing address if you don’t have a telephone) (What? Really?) with “ Free Haircuts for a Year” written on it and send to:  Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, Attn:  Marketing, 5340 S. Quebec St., #205N, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.

Any attempt to submit multiple entries by using different identities or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void (no cheating).  Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damages or entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules.  All entries become the property of Sponsor.

By participating, you agree that the Sponsor or Administrator may contact you via email, mail, phone or other form of media to make you aware of giveaway-related information.

4.         PRIZE:   The winner will be selected in a random drawing among all eligible entries on or about August 19, 2017.  If your name is drawn, you will be mailed cards for complimentary haircuts.

Odds of winning all prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Winners will be notified within 7 days of the date of the random drawing by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an acceptance agreement and release (important legal things) which might include a publicity release.  If such documents are not returned within the time stated in the notice or the winner declines the prize or has violated the Official Rules, the winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected.

5.         IMPORTANT LEGAL STUFF:  Don’t stop reading, we’re almost done!

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs or expenses associated with the prize.  Winners may not substitute, exchange, assign or transfer the prize or redeem the prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.

Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Administrator and Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes.

Each winner, by accepting the prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation to entrant, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
